Kelsey Robb serves as the EMEA Community Advisor at Google, where she is dedicated to nurturing inclusive internal and external communities and forging strong partnerships. In her role, Kelsey provides strategic advisory and consultative support for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), through operational excellence, succession planning and regional programming. Before her tenure at Google, Kelsey shaped community engagement and management as the Creator & Community Manager for News, Activism, and Education Creators at TikTok.
