BTF and/or our affiliates (“Colorintech”) are organisers of conferences and events including “BTF London” and “BTF Live” (each, a “Conference”).

We are committed to protecting your personal information. These Terms include and incorporate by reference our privacy policy, which explains the types of information collected, stored, shared and processed in connection with the relevant Conference, how and why we use such information, who we share it with and your legal rights.
You should read this document carefully. These Terms govern your online registration, attendance at and/or participation at a Conference. By registering for the Conference you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, please do not register, attend or participate in the Conference.
If you are registering on behalf of another person it is your obligation to make sure that the person attending is aware of these Terms and accepts them. By completing and submitting the registration form you are representing and warranting that you have made the person attending aware of these Terms and that they have accepted these Terms.
These Terms apply to you from the date of publishing and until these Terms are superseded by a new version. We may update these Terms at any time for legal or regulatory reasons, or to reflect changes in our services or business practices. Any amended Terms will be posted here.

By purchasing a ticket for the BTF conference ("Conference"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and all other applicable policies and procedures established by the conference organizers ("Organizers").
Tickets for the Conference can be purchased online through the Organizers' website or at designated ticket outlets. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The purchase of a ticket constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The ticket price for the Conference is as stated on the Organizers' website or at designated ticket outlets. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or other authorized methods.
Upon completing your ticket purchase, you will receive a registration confirmation email containing your ticket information. Please retain this email for your records.
Tickets are valid for the dates and times specified on the ticket. Tickets are subject to availability. Certain ticket types may have additional eligibility requirements or restrictions.
Your ticket grants you access to the conference venue and designated conference activities during the specified dates and times. Please adhere to all venue and event guidelines and regulations.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of a cancellation or postponement by the Organizers. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, the Organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide alternative arrangements or refunds.
You are responsible for the loss or damage of your ticket. The Organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to your ticket or any associated expenses incurred.
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner at the Conference. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue or event policies. The Organizers may remove any attendee who violates these Terms or the Conference's Code of Conduct
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to release and hold harmless the Organizers, their affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the Conference, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings.
The Organizers reserve the right to amend or modify any of these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing the most current version of these Terms before attending the Conference.

These Terms and the Conference are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Conference shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizers with respect to the Conference and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
