Khadra Aden is a Lead Technical Program Manager with over 10 years of experience in leading, implementing, and delivering high-quality projects with measurable results. She has been at Depop in the Product and Tech Operations team for over 3 years and the Co-Chair of Black@Depop for the past year. Before joining Depop, Khadra was a lead in the digital delivery team at BT. She began her tech career at Zoopla and has also consulted with clients such as HSBC, TFL, and First Group. Khadra is an expert in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and program management. Known for her calm leadership and mentoring abilities, Khadra excels in building customer-centric products and managing complex projects efficiently. Born in Somalia, but moved to London when she was 4. She is a passionate Londoner but supports Liverpool Football Club. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, true crime and has recently become obsessed with reformer pilates.
