Lauren is a Senior Banking Manager with over 20 years of Banking experience now working for HSBC Innovation Banking within the Tech and Innovation ecosystem. At present Lauren manages a portfolio of Investor backed, fast growing companies predominantly in the Consumer Tech vertical, helping them on their journey to International and Financial growth. Over the past three years, she has co-chaired the Racial Equity ERG, driving initiatives to enhance diversity equity, and inclusion and been listed on the EMpower Global Future Leaders List in 2023 and 2024 for her work towards Racial Equity. Externally, Lauren delivers financial literacy workshops, mentors, and provides leadership development coaching. A dedicated advocate, she elevates diverse voices on platforms such as LinkedIn and supports DEI initiatives within the innovation ecosystem.
