Rubin is a dynamic young professional currently completing a Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship at Amazon, specializing in responsible business management at the University of Exeter. Rubin has honed his skills in one of the world's leading e-commerce giants, driving efficiency and innovation in delivery station operations. As the co-founder of the Black Apprentice Network, Rubin has worked with major firms like BT, NRF, EY, KPMG, and Accenture to create professional development opportunities for aspiring apprentices. Rubin's experience spans multiple sectors, including a stint at KPMG where he gained valuable insights into corporate legal processes and immigration consultancy. His ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive meaningful change has made him a respected voice in the apprenticeship and DEI space. A member of UCAS's Student Advisory Group, Rubin continues to advocate for improved student experiences in higher education.
