This document outlines the incentives available to participants of the BTF Affiliate Network. These incentives are designed to reward the engagement and promotional efforts of our affiliates (also known as affiliate activities). By participating in the BTF Affiliate Network, affiliates agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
All participants of the BTF Affiliate Network are eligible to receive the following exclusive incentives (subject to availability):
Exclusive Networking Events:
Invitations to special networking events where you can connect with industry peers.
Perks, Giveaways, and Discounts:
Access to various perks, including giveaways and discounts on products and services.
Virtual Roundtables and Discussions:
Opportunities to participate in virtual roundtables and discussions on relevant industry topics, fostering knowledge sharing and community engagement.
Resources Supporting Growth and Engagement:
Access to a variety of resources aimed at supporting your growth and engagement within the affiliate community, including educational materials, best practices, and more.
Aside from unilateral incentives, each Affiliate Network participant will have the opportunity to benefit from specific incentive models based on their engagement and promotional efforts, as detailed in Incentive Models A, B, and C below. Participant appropriateness for, and assignment to, each incentive model is dependent on the discretion of Colorintech.
Each month, the most engaged participants of The Affiliate Network will be recognised and rewarded. The Top 5 commenters, reposters, and other highly engaged participants will have the opportunity to select one benefit from the list below:
Instagram Story/Grid Promotion via BTF Channel:
One collaborative post OR story shoutout co-authored with the BTF team. Delivered within 30 days of confirmation of Top 5 slot. Subject to availability.
LinkedIn Promotion via BTF Channel:
One collaborative post co-authored with the BTF team. Delivered within 30 days of confirmation of Top 5 slot. Subject to availability.
Twitter Promotion via BTF Channel:
One collaborative post co-authored with the BTF team. Delivered within 30 days of confirmation of Top 5 slot. Subject to availability.
Introductions to the BTF Audience (via Custom Legitimate Interest Email Blasts):
One email blast sent to the BTF mailing list (featuring 17,000+ registrants) advertising your goods, services, platform, or community. Delivered within 30 days of confirmation of Top 5 slot. Subject to availability.
Affiliates can earn commission by recruiting influencers and brand ambassadors to promote BTF events. The criteria to be eligible for the commission incentive model is at Colorintech’s discretion. The commission structure is as follows:
Influencers and brand ambassadors will receive £4.50 for every Ignite/Build/All Access ticket sold using their promotional code.
Influencers and brand ambassadors will receive £22 for every VIP ticket sold using their promotional code.
Affiliates can earn free tickets to BTF events based on the number of tickets purchased using their special code:
Per 5 tickets Sold:
One free All Access ticket.
Per 15+ Tickets Sold:
Conversion of one All Access ticket to a free VIP ticket.
All incentives are awarded at the discretion of Colorintech (Company number: 11233251).
Incentive models A and C are subject to approval.
Maximum earnings made through Incentive Model B are capped at 1,000 GBP per affiliate.
Colorintech reserves the right to alter, withhold, offer substitution, and/or cancel incentives without prior notice to participants of the Affiliate Network.
By participating in the BTF Affiliate Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this incentive agreement. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact the BTF team. This document serves as the formal agreement for the incentives offered to the BTF Affiliate Network. Please keep a copy for your records.
